Accommodations

Six hotels have been selected by our travel agency. Rooms have been reserved for the participants of SAHC2023. If you consider staying at one of these hotels and need help with reservation, please wait for the registration page to open. We will add a form to reserve a hotel there. The registration page will be available in March, 2023.

As shown in the below map, they are close to the JR Kyoto station. It is also noted that we are planning on arranging a shuttle bus service connecting the Kyoto station and the conference venue.

We would like to make an announcement on our official travel agency. It is Nippon Travel Agency (https://www.ntainbound.com). You may have (or will) received messages from other agencies regarding your trip to Japan. They are not concerned with us at all. Please take it into account in case you plan on using their service.

Please note that an annual conference will be held by the Architectural Institute of Japan in Kyoto in exactly the same period (12-15 September). Thousands of people are expected to attend it. We highly recommend that participants will book a room soon enough. Sorry for this inconvenience.
